For over 20 years, Jennifer has been helping people achieve their functional and sports-related goals.
She has worked in both the private and the public sector with people of varying ages and physical abilities and has taken a wide variety of continuing education courses which allows her to tailor treatments and exercise programs to each client’s abilities and goals.
In addition to her manual therapy skills, Jennifer has specific training in dance medicine and rehabilitation and in management of running injuries. She also offers acupuncture and craniosacral treatment.
Exercise prescription, activity modification and awareness are all fundamental to Jennifer’s practice. She works collaboratively with her clients, determining their individual goals, helping them reach those goals, and offering education and encouragement to help them actively participate in their own day-to-day physical wellness.
