Meghan is a physiotherapist who loves helping people move with confidence, ease their pain, and get back to the things that matter most. She has worked in a variety of setting - from low back pain and chronic pain programs to sports and orthopaedic care - and brings that breadth of experience into every assessment she does. Her goal is always to provide clarity, reassurance, and a clear path forward.
With advanced training in running assessments and lower limb injuries, Meghan is especially passionate about working with runners and active individuals. Whether you’re hoping to prevent injury, return to your sport, or simply enjoy daily movement without discomfort, she’s here to guide and support you.
